COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Per Face PS3711A-XPE2G-Gira-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micromotion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ams parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Total-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micromotion such as the F200S418C2BAEZZZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XL100D manufactured by Ams and we are pleased to be able to service most Ams systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TCPFCM1D101S2PFC2000 by Manufacturer Total-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metso Brand SMARTPULPRDU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Daihen such as XE1799A equipment made by Daihen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daihen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daihen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VERSION13 made by Distaview as well as the popular TR067MK2 original spares produced by Sumtak Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT5W10 by Keyence and XE1799A spares by Daihen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S86749 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dce. |
